Looking Onwards: The Menu for Part 2 πŸ“–πŸ₯˜πŸ€ŒπŸ»

Many of you from Part 1 2025 will now have gotten a specialisation (if you haven’t yet, don’t worry – you’ll get it soon πŸ’š!), and are probably getting all excited about taking BME – yay!!!! πŸ™Œ πŸ‘

Firstly, congratulations to all of you for making it through your first year of Engineering – that’s such a huge achievement!! For those of you not in the Part 1 cohort, congrats on wherever you are as well :)!

Now for the fun stuff…Basil & thought that since we have finished Part 2 for BME, that we are πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’Ό officially qualified now πŸ‘” to give you a review of the BME courses. So without further ado, ✨Bon appΓ©tit✨! πŸ‘©β€πŸ³πŸ

Hope that you enjoyed our experience of the BME courses this year and that they help you to prep mentally for your Part 2 experience, or at least give you some information if you are interested in joining! 🌟 That’s it from Basil & I now in this short post, see you all in the next one!

Annndd…that’s a wrap! 🌯

  1. Hi! Love this post <3 I noticed you wrote that biomeng 221 is lighter, so had a question.

I was planning to go over enggen 121 content during the summer to prep for this course, as mech was the hardest part of first year for me. Would you say this is necessary / biomeng 221 builds heavily on enggen 121, or is it okay to go in without having the best knowledge of enggen 121 (really only the basic concepts)? I'd also be super appreciative of any other comments you have regarding similarities / differences between the two courses, if you have any.

    Thank you so much! πŸ™‚
